Currently, I do not charge for tech support. Inevitably this will change in the future, as i'm just one person and my time is extremely limited and valuable. When I am forced to start charging, i'll try to keep it inexpensive, something like $20/hr pro-rated per minute. If your issue turns out to be a bug in kJams, there will be no charge.
Until then, payments for tech support is entirely voluntary. You know how valuable your time is, and by extension, my time and the information and support I am able to give you. Please consider these when deciding how much to donate.
