Currently, I do not charge for tech support. Inevitably this will change in the future, as i'm just one person and my time is extremely limited and valuable. When I am forced to start charging, i'll try to keep it inexpensive, something like $20/hr pro-rated per minute.
Until then, payments for tech support is entirely voluntary. You know how valuable your time is, and by extension, my time, and the information and support I am able to give you. Please consider these when deciding how much to donate.
