The symptom is: you are running OS 10.5, and kJams is downloading something (perhaps the music stores), and it crashes.

This is a known Apple bug that they have confirmed they will not fix in 10.5. It has been fixed in OS 10.6, so the only way out is to upgrade your OS to 10.6, sorry.
