Note that home users need not enter anything into these fields.

Company Name is the name of your company.

Business ID is the "Business Identity Code" used in some European countries. More info here.

Office Name is the venue where you play, eg: "Joe's Bar and Grille". If you're a mobile KJ you can enter "mobile".

EU VAT ID is your "Value Added Tax" identifier, used the European Union.
