Music Store/KaraokeCloud/Purchase Failure/Fix

Okay, here are the instructions for fixing the problem:

  1. Arrange your windows so you can always see the Activity window
  2. context-click on the "Karaoke Cloud" store playlist, pick "reload"
  3. wait for the activity to complete
  4. search for that same song you tried to stream / purchase, the one that failed
  5. can you find it?
  6. what was it's name and artist and album (all three)?
  7. if you do find it, go ahead and stream / purchase it as you did before
  8. did it work?

Please email me back, and answer all questions (steps 3, 4 and optionally 6 above have questions).
