Currently, I do not officially charge for tech support. Unfortunately this must change, as i'm just one person and my time is extremely limited and valuable. I'll try to keep it inexpensive, perhaps a sliding-fee scale, starting at like $20/hr, and up from there if you feel it's valuable to you and you can afford it. If your issue turns out to be a bug in kJams, there will be no charge.
For the moment, payments for tech support is entirely voluntary but very strongly encouraged. You know how valuable your time is, and by extension, my time and the information and support I am able to give you. Please consider these when deciding how much to donate.
