to build kjams

Mac

sync to head
install kjams pro
install producer
install burner
install LAME
install Vorbis
install plcompile
install setfileicon
install boost

compile boost with:

> cd path/to/boost_1_40_0
> ./bootstrap.sh
> ./bjam macosx-version-min=10.4 architecture=combined linkflags="-Wl,-force_cpusubtype_ALL" -a install

run kjams and quit (this installs prefs)

Windows

1. build the XPlat version on mac
2. run it
3. debug->export Windows menus
4. install boost
   1. compile it with
      

      .\bjam --with-thread release

5. install esellerate kit
6. install QuickTime, and the QuickTime SDK
   1. edit "ColorPicker.h" and comment out the lines Fix2SmallFract and SmallFractToFix
