to build kjams

Mac

sync to head
install kjams pro
install producer
install burner
install LAME
install Vorbis
install plcompile
install setfileicon
install boost

compile boost with:

> cd path/to/boost_1_40_0
> ./bootstrap.sh
> ./bjam macosx-version-min=10.4 architecture=combined linkflags="-Wl,-force_cpusubtype_ALL" -a install

run kjams and quit (this installs prefs)

build the XPlat version on mac run it debug->export Windows menus??
