I'm really sorry about this. You seem to be in a state where this data loss bug is about to occur. Before we let that happen, I need some info from you. You should already have an email ready to go with the Log file, PLEASE send that to me, get it to me any way you can. Call me if you don't know how. After you send that email, send ANOTHER new email with subject line: "Data loss log file sent!", otherwise i'll never see the log file you just sent!

Then do these steps:

  1. go to your User's "Home" folder, in the Music folder, then into the kJams folder, which is located here:
    /Users/<you>/Music/kJams/...
  2. right click on the "kJams Library" folder and pick "compress" (mac) or "Send To->Compressed (zipped) Folder" (windows)
  3. create yet another email, and send that zip file to me. you may now delete the zip file
  4. now go into the "kJams Library" folder and delete the file "Songs.ktd"
  5. run again, it SHOULD be back to normal
  6. if it's NOT back to normal, or if it's WORSE, try these steps.
