Get Tracks from...	These options specify the various online databases that are used when searching for meta data for a CD. You can force a search by selecting any one of these. Otherwise, kJams will search all of them until meta data is found. does kJams really search all of them?
Submit CD Tracks to...	If the online databases fail to provide sufficient meta data for a CD, and you end up entering the data on your own, it's considered good form to then submit the new data to the online databases. These options are how you do that.
Convert Selection to LAME MP3 Best	don't know what to say here
Consolidate Library	This option allows you to consolidate your music library and is useful when you have your music stored all over the place.
Swap Name <-> Artist	Use this option (and the two that follow) when a song's meta data is not in the correct position within the library or playlist. This option swaps the position of a song's name with the artist's name.
Swap Artist <-> Album	Swaps the position of the artist's name with the album name.
Swamp Name <-> Album	Swaps the position of the song's name with the album name.
Title Case	This option changes the way capitalizaton is applied to meta data. The Title Case option will capitlize the first letter of each word, excepting articles and conjunctions (the, and, etc.).
Capital Case	This option reformats meta data so the the first letter of every word is capitalized. This differs from the above option in this way: If you apply the above option to "waiting on a friend," it will be reformatted "Waiting on a Friend." This option changes it to "Waiting On A Friend."
Album Names All Caps	Reformats the album name to all capital letters
Artist Name: Swap First <-> Last	Like the Swap options above, this option helps you clean up your library so that meta data is displayed consistently. Use this option to swap an artist's first and last name.
