To rip from a SuperCDG or a NEO+G just stick it in, select the songs you want and go file->rip or just drag them to the Library.
To rip from a DVD, use HandBrake.
To rip from LaserDisc, you'll need some kind of A to D encoding hardware, like EyeTV.
To rip from VCD: First you must manually enter meta data for all the tracks you want to rip. Then, select the tracks you want and drag them to the Library icon. All of the above rippers produce QuickTime compatible MPEG files, which you can simply import into kJams with "File->Add To Library…"
