Currently, I do not charge for tech support. Inevitably this will change in the future, as i'm just one person and my time is extremely limited and valuable. When I am forced to start charging, i'll try to keep it inexpensive, something like $20/hr pro-rated per minute. If your issue turns out to be a bug in kJams, there will be no charge.
