kJams will play (with video lyrics) any ".kar" (or midi with lyrics) that QuickTime can play. So if you can play it with QuickTime, then kJams will play it too.

However, if QuickTime does not play it but you can play it with QMidi, that means it is "Type 0" instead of "Type 1". To convert it to "Type 1" (so QuickTime and therefore kJams can play it), just use MidiKit. You may need to change the file extension to ".kar".
