To rip from a SuperCDG or a NEO+G just stick it in, select the songs you want and go file->rip or just drag them to the Library.
To rip from a DVD, use HandBrake.
To rip from LaserDisc, you'll need some kind of A to D encoding hardware, like EyeTV.
To rip from VCD, currently i recommend VCD and MPEG Tools, which can easily extract the mpeg files from the VCD. However i will soon be building this functionality directly into kJams.
All of the above rippers produce QuickTime compatible MPEG files, which you can simply import into kJams with "File->Add To Library…"
