For kJams to function well, it needs "Full Disk Access". kJams manages its own Cache folder (to hold intermediate files used for playback), a Temp folder (for temporary files), and it also writes meta data to the song files that it manages.

  1. Go to the Apple menu and pick "System Preferences"
  2. From the grid of icons, pick "Security & Privacy"
  3. Click the "Lock Icon" in the lower left, enter your password, press RETURN
  4. From the row of tabs, pick "Privacy"
  5. In the list on the left, scroll down to "Full Disk Access"
  6. Drag the kJams icon into this list

That's it! You did it! :D
