First: you should understand WHY this happens. Please read this.
Second: When this happens, you can just email me and say that you need your activations reset.
Third: If you've already emailed me, and i sent you to this page, then I've already reset your activations, you should be good to go now, give it a try.
Remember: Copy and Paste your serial number if you need to, please do NOT type it. the Letter "Oh"s and the Zeroes are not easy to distinguish.
In the future: If you want to move kJams to a new computer (and stop using it on the old computer), remember to Deactivate first!
To Re-Activate your kJams
- find your serial number from your receipt email, and copy it
- run or switch to kJams
- go to the menu bar, pick "Help->Enter Serial Number"
- paste (command/ctrl-V) and hit OK.
To Re-Activate your Plugins
- Copy your plugin serial number: Burner starts with "KJAMBRN", Producer starts with "KJPRODU"
- run or switch to kJams
- go to the Menu bar and pick "kJams->Preferences"
- click the preferences panel for your plugin (Burner or Producer)
- Click the "Enter Serial Number" button
- paste (command/ctrl-V) and hit OK.
