This can happen under one of two conditions:
This can happen with KaraokeCloud: the songs may have been removed from the catalog because the licensing term has expired.
# With TriceraSoft or KaraokeCloud, the songs may have been removed from the catalog because the licensing term has expired.
# With TriceraSoft only: you may have simply hidden some of the songs from the store

If it is due to the FIRST condition (expired license) then there is no way to re-download the songs.  You must restore from a backup that you had previously made.  A bit more info here.

If you were syncing TriceraSoft, follow these steps to see if the song was just hidden but still available

# run kjams
# go to preferences
# click "Stores"
# click "Edit Music Store Settings"
# click "TriceraSoft"
# turn ON "Include songs with Lead or Guide vocals"
# turn OFF "Include only streaming songs"
# click OK, then click OK
# kJams may say "some settings take effect next time you start kjams", just hit OK
# In the "Source" list, if the "Music Stores" icon does not show the stores under it, click the triangle (mac) or PLUS (win) to it's left
# Context Click the TriceraSoft icon and pick "Reload music store"
# wait for the store to re-load (watch the activity window)
# Context Click the TriceraSoft icon and pick "Sync Previous Purchases"

Now it should work! However, if it STILL comes back to this page, this indicates the FIRST condition.

Unfortunately, you purchased a song that has subsequently been removed from the store.

This can happen with KaraokeCloud: the songs may have been removed from the catalog because the licensing term has expired.

If this is the case, there is no way to re-download the songs. You must restore from a backup that you had previously made. A bit more info here.
