My refund policy is simple: If you're not satisfied, I guarantee I'll refund 100% of your purchase price, but ONLY if you let me try to help you first!

1. Don't buy it until you've tried it, that is why it is ShareWare.
2. This software is till in development. Don't buy it unless you're ready to deal with helping me solve bugs. This is NOT "Release", not "Beta", not even "Alpha", but one stage BEFORE that. (click here for an explanation) That means there ARE bugs (ie: you will likely experience "Asserts" and even crashes), and there ARE performance problems (noteably searching can be s-l-o-w), and not all features are even present! You have been warned.

When you purchase kJams you will be confronted with this message:

There are NO REFUNDS due a bug, unless I don't fix that bug within 1 business week.
By buying kJams, you agree not to be bummed out by bugs, crashes, loss of data,
or any other problem that may arise due to using pre-release software. You
are paying for early access to possibly buggy software that is still in development.
Also: telephone tech support is available ONLY on tues and thurs evening after 7pm
pacific time, and email tech support is available usually within 1 business hour.

3. You must give me a chance to make it right. After we have had some phone time or a screen sharing and chat session, if you are still not satisfied, or if I don't fix your bug within 1 business week, then I will refund your money, 100%.

Not eligible

kJams is shareware. You can try it out for as long as you want, it's free and there's no expiration. So there's no excuse really if you buy it and then want your money back. You're NOT really eligible for a refund if:

  1. you discover it's not really what you want / need / expect / thought / wished for
  2. you find a bug but don't report it, wait a week, and tell me i didn't fix it in time
  3. you find another program to use before you find time to talk to me to fix any issue
  4. you don't give me a chance to make it work for you
  5. you use it for a while then decide you don't want to use it any more
