Revision as of 19:08, 6 July 2011
Would you like to be notified via email when a specific page on this site changes? eg: if you're fanatic about kJams (like me) then you'll want to know when the Version History page changes. If you're less fanatic but still want to be notified of major updates, then you'll want to watch the Downloads page. Or perhaps you want to be notified if the terms of the License Agreement ever change.
Simple enough.
- Go join the Forum. (This creates a user account for which you can set preferences)
- Send me an email requesting Wiki access. (Note: this will also give you Magical Wiki Editing Powers™)
- Wait for me to write back to you, saying "you're in". Until you get this reply, you have to wait.
- Login to the wiki
- Go to your Preferences page
- Authenticate your email address (there will be instructions on that page)
- Now go to the page you want to watch (to "watch" a page is to be notified when it changes)
- Click the little "watch" tab at the top of the page
