On Windows XP or Windows Vista:
- Run the Cygwin Setup installer
- Click "Run"
- Click "Run"
- Click "Next"
- Click "Next"
- Click "Next"
- Click "Next"
- Click "Next"
- pick any mirror (i like to pick http ones rather than FTP ones), then click Next
- Download CFLite 476.10
