- Adjust the pitch of the song
- Export the on-screen lyrics and audio to a single (QT) file
- Import the file to Garageband
- Play on-screen lyrics and music in Garageband while you...
- Record your voice on a separate track (use microphone and headphones/earbuds)
- Play with the mix (audio options)
- Remove video track (on-screen lyrics)
- Export single audio file to mp3

Troubleshooting
can't see the video export mp3 file goes through 2 of the 3 tasks, no file
...with SoundFlower and GarageBand
- install SoundFlower
- run GarageBand
- in the GarageBand Audio Prefs:
- select SoundFlower (2 Channel) as your audio source
- plug a Microphone into your computer (sound in, or USB or whatever)
- run kJams
- in the kJams Audio Prefs:
- select your correct microphone port for audio source
- select SoundFlower (2 Channel) as your audio destination
- start playing a playlist for testing
- Back in GarageBand
- delete the template track
- make a new real instrument track and turn ON the monitor, you should now hear your song playing
- tap the microphone, you should hear it too
- press record and ditty around for a minute, stop recording
- go back to kJams and stop the song (command period)
- go back to GarageBand and verify your recording works
- when you're satisfied with your recording, export it to iTunes
- Burn the disc in iTunes
