Installing/64bit Alpha: Difference between revisions

The Alpha version does not come with an installer, it's just a Zip file.

If you just download it from the web site, you first must unzip it.

Unzip the file if that hasn't already been done
Drag the app into the "Program Files" folder
When Windows Explorer says there are files with the same name, click "Replace"
To create a "Shortcut File" the first time you install follow these instructions.
Install the K-Lite Codec pack for h.264 playback

-I never did do a kickstarter to get this port done. I don't know if you can imagine what 4 years of part time work (aside from my full-time job) is like, with no income to offset my time. Yes the 32bit version of kJams sells a few every month but in no way does it pay for my time spent developing the 64bit version.
