  2. When this happens, you can just email me and say that you need your activations reset.
  3. If you've already emailed me, and i sent you to this page, then I've already reset your activations, you should be good to go now, give it a try.
  4. Remember: Copy and Paste your serial number if you need to, please do NOT type it. the Letter "Oh"s and the Zeroes are not easy to distinguish.
  5. In the future: If you want to move kJams to a new computer (and stop using it on the old computer), remember to Deactivate first!
