If the auto updater fails, just go to [https://karaoke.kjams.com/product_downloads/ the downloads page] and download kJams, and install it over your existing one.  You do not have to pay again, you will not lose your data.

If you've for sure installed the latest update, but when you run you're still running an older version, do this:
# search for "add remove programs", open that
# in there, search for "kJams"
# uninstall all copies of kJams. If you find more than one copy, that's definitely the problem
# reinstall kJams from the web site
 
You will not lose your data, you will not have to pay again

If I have sent you to this page, it means you are on an old version of kJams.

Please update to latest before sending any bug or crash reports, as the problem may already be fixed!

Windows Users: If things are still screwy

  2. in there, search for "kJams"
  3. uninstall all copies of kJams. If you find more than one copy, that's definitely the problem
  4. reinstall kJams from the web site
