A Visual Tutorial on getting kJams for Windows installed.
- First time only: you will need to install DotNet 3.5
- download the kJams installer
- Open the kJams installer, and complete the installation
- Open kJams, it will ask you to install "Bonjour Printer Service", download and install that
- First time only: After you install that, you may need to enable the service manually (only have to do this once)
- In the OS search bar, type "services", and you'll see an app called "Services", click it.
- in the list that shows, type "bonj" and it will scroll down to reveal "Bonjour Service"
- right-click it and pick "Properties"
- in the "Startup Type" menu pick "Automatic"
- if the "Service Status" is not "Running", click the "Start" button
