'''DO NOT UPGRADE''' to 10.15 (Catalina) yet!

Translation:
Please see the [[Catalina|Catalina FAQ]].
10.13 (“High Sierra” The current OS) still fully supports 32bit
10.14 (sometime this year) will still support 32bit, but “with compromises”. Apple has not fully clarified if this means they're not supporting 32 bit QuickTime components. According to [https://eclecticlight.co/2018/04/17/is-apple-about-to-drop-quicktime-dvd-and-iwork-support-and-compressor/ this article], that is possibly on the chopping block!!
10.15 (2 years from now) will NOT support 32bit
I recommend you do NOT upgrade to 10.14 when it is released, until you hear from me!

Also: the old 32bit kJams will continue to run and be maintained for the foreseeable future!

In any case, I plan to have 64bit kJams ready to go BEFORE 10.15 is released, so you will have no interruptions! THE SHOW MUST GO ON!

Please see the Catalina FAQ.

Windows Users

You got nothin' to worry about, since Windows continues to support 32 bit apps, and probably won't stop for a very long time.
After the 64bit transition, you will be automatically upgraded to the 64bit version of kJams.

Sorry for any confusion.
