You are at this page because you have received a "Duplicate Transaction" error when purchasing a song from within kJams.

Either this was a simple mistake, and you actually already have the song in your library, or perhaps you crashed during the purchase and the song never made it into your library.

In either case, you received an email receipt. Inside this email is a download link where you can just re-download the song. Once you download it, move it to a permanent location, do NOT leave it on the desktop or in your downloads folder. I suggest you create a new folder in your kJams folder called "my downloads". Put the song file in there, do NOT unzip it. Then, from it's new, permanent location, drag that file onto kJams and it will add itself to your library.
